Resep Roti /melon (5 Roti Melon Besar):
Bahan A:
125 gr terigu protein tinggi (misalnya cakra)
20 gr gula pasir
1/2 telur
20 gr susu cair
35 gr air es
3 gr ragi instant
Sejumput garam
25 gr mentega/margarin
Bahan B:
17 gr mentega/margarin
25 gr gula
1/2 telur
57 gr tepung terigu serbaguna
Note: Di resep inilah hanya menghasilkan 5 Roti Melon besar, anda bisa membuat 2x resep kalau ingin hasilnya lebih banyak yah..
